The service

What you actually get.

A single visit that covers the whole property, inside and out. Everything is edited and colour graded before it reaches you, so nothing needs touching before it goes on a listing.

  • Up to 30 edited photos, sized and ready for listings, portals, socials and print.
  • You choose the 30. The full gallery goes over to you and you pick the frames you want edited — not a set someone else decided for you.
  • Aerials are in the same gallery. Drone shots of the elevation and the grounds sit alongside the ground level frames, and you pick them as part of your 30. No separate drone fee, where the location allows flying.
  • Inside and out. Every room, the garden, the outbuildings and the extras people actually search for.
  • Colour graded, not just exported. Windows hold their view, whites stay white, no orange interiors.
  • Booked as an add on to a shoot day already in the diary, or as a standalone visit.

How it runs

Three steps, and you are done.

Nothing for you to organise on the day beyond having the property ready.

Step one
Book the visit
Tell me the address and roughly when you need the photos. Bright, dry days get first pick, so the earlier the better on holiday lets.
Step two
The shoot
I work through the property room by room, then the exterior and the aerials. Usually two to three hours on site, depending on the size of the property.
Step three
You pick, I edit
The full gallery comes over to you. Choose your 30, and the edited set comes back ready to upload. Usually within a week.
